Q2: Can I get a free sample?

A: Normally we will send you detailed clear pictures of your interested models. If physical samples are required, it need to be charged. Pls direct place sample order on-line , these sample payment will be refundable once an order is placed.

Q3: What is your delivery time?

A: Usually it will only take 3-5 working days to prepare and send out parcel.

Q4: Can we buy Mixed Colors and Mixed Sizes from each models?

A: Yes, we accept and welcome mixed order.

Q5: Can you do our Designs (OEM)?

Q6: What is the normal standard package?

A: For normal Express Delivery, it is One Piece folded in one poly bag. Standard Pieces packed in related Express Box.If required, we can add individual Brand Box if you want.

A:our size mostly are Asia size, one size smaller than EU,US,AU size, you can order one size biger when place our order online.

We have our own development team for OEM&ODM service, small MOQ at 200pcs per style per color, if you need to custom your own designs, please send us the detail tech packs of fabric requirements, size measurement, print artwork, quantity details etc., to check the best price for you.

If you don't have detail tech packs, you can share your ideas with us, we can offer you our suggestions to help you.

Many customers would like to print your brand logo on our designs, MOQ is 100pcs per style to print logo, but if your order quantity is 100pcs mix different styles but hope to print logo, we kindly suggest you can do hang tag with your brand logo printed, or print your logo on wash label.

We have our own warehouse for stock items, mix different styles,colors and sizes to order is welcome, dropshipping service is workable too, we can help you to send the package to your customer directly when you get your order from your customer, you don't have to place a big order and don't need to have your own warehouse, as you have warehouse in our factory.
