Introducing ANCHOR After Shave Tonic, the latest addition to our collection of hand-made, organic emollients, and a nod to the nautical history of Brooklyn's storied Naval Yard. 

This 2 oz. soothing after shave is made with cooling cucumber extract and restorative aloe vera gel to give your face a truly satisfying treatment to calm and temper the skin, healing on contact the microscopic abrasions that even the best razors leave behind. There's also organic vegetable glycerin, a natural humectant, which draws and traps moisture from the air.

The Fragrance: It Does More than Just Smell Good

This is the first of our products we've chosen to impart with its own unique scent. Not available in our popular core fragrances (Williamsburg, Red Hook and Fort Greene), ANCHOR's scent is a spiritually inspired blend of ancient exotic woods, balsam resins and blood orange essential oils.

The inclusion of Palo Santo, or "holy wood," adds a new dimension in the creation of ANCHOR's fragrance. Beyond the unburdening aroma of the ancient essence, Palo Santo is said to stimulate the immune system, and has been used by Amazonians for centuries in the warding off of evil spirits.

ANCHOR also sports a healthy dose of Himalayan Cedar Wood, an essence used in ancient eastern medicine whose aroma can encourage the opening of the heart channel thereby stimulating the mind and the facial complexion as well as overall circulation.
